How do you attach the foam ear tips?
The foam ear tips are easy to attach. First, remove the standard ear tips (usually silicone) from your earbuds.
1. Take the Eardopes foam ear tips out of the bag and wait until they've fully expanded, as the packaging may have compressed them.
2. Gently press the ear tip onto the earbud opening. Position the foam ear tip at a slight angle, then straighten it once it's firmly in place, just like fitting a tire onto a rim.

The ear tips are hygienically packaged and sealed in the bag for your safety.

Ik heb een setje van 6 Eartips ontvangen en daarvan was de helft beschadigd. Dit aangegeven en gevraagd naar een goede oplossing. Hier heb ik helaas niets meer van gehoord. Verzachtende omstandigheid is dat ik later gemaild heb om ze terug te sturen omdat ik de Samsung Earbuds 3 pro ook zou terug sturen. dat heb ik echter beiden niet gedaan. Ik heb nu dus een setje eartips waarvan de helft beschadigd is. De afhandeling was dus niet zo goed want ik heb niets meer gehoord. Bedrijf heeft mij dezelfde dag na dit bericht benaderd. Mail was niet gezien. Nu n ik g dezelfde dag uitstekend opgelost. Voel mij nu toch echt weer een gewaardeerde klant. Service is alles dus heb mijn waardering aangepast naar 5 sterren.
