We're looking for someone to join our team as a User Manual Creator. You'll help write high-quality manuals for our wireless earbuds. Your work will help our customers understand exactly how to use, wear, and reset their earbuds, and troubleshoot problems with handy FAQs.

What will you do?

• You'll receive a pair of earbuds from our range.
• You'll briefly test the earbuds and get to know their features.
• You'll write a user manual using our optimized template.
• You'll follow our documentation process step by step, with clear explanations for each task.

No need to reinvent the wheel: you'll work from a standard template, with clear instructions for each type of task.

Who are we looking for?

• You're analytical and curious: you enjoy figuring out how things work.
• You have a good eye for detail and work in an organized way.
• You're comfortable with computers and tools like Canva.
• You follow instructions carefully and write clearly in plain language.
• Being a freelancer is a plus, but not required.
