Frequently asked questions
Can I try it and return it?
Yes, you can return it free within 30 days of receiving it via the returns portal. You'll get a full refund within 1 business day after we receive your return.
Can I use them with any device?
Yes, you can connect via Bluetooth to your phone (any brand), laptop, tablet or even your TV if it has Bluetooth.
Can I connect them to my laptop?
Yes, they work with any laptop with a compatible Bluetooth connection. Handy for working from home and online meetings.
Do they have adaptive ANC?
Yes. These earbuds have adaptive ANC (active noise canceling). It adjusts based on the noise around you over the past few seconds, filtering it out much more effectively than standard ANC.
What is multipoint?
Multipoint lets you connect to more than one device at once. Listen to music on your laptop, then automatically switch to your phone when a call comes in.
Can I use just one earbud?
Yes, mono mode lets you use either earbud on its own, handy for calls. Just put one in your ear and leave the other in the charging case. The earbud in the case stays disconnected while you use the other.
What is the in-ear sensor?
Take out one or both earbuds and your music pauses. Handy when someone talks to you, or you need to answer the door for your Eardopes package. Put them back in and your audiobook or podcast picks up right where you left off.
Can I hear my own voice clearly on calls?
Yes, transparency mode lets you hear your own voice clearly. It plays outside sounds, including your voice, through your earbuds. Turn it on with the controls or in the DunRock app. Handy for calls.
Can I adjust the volume with the earbud controls?
Yes, tap the right earbud once to turn the volume up one step. Tap the left once to turn it down. Prefer different controls? Change them in the app.
What does ENC in the microphone do for me?
ENC in the microphones helps the person you're calling hear more of your voice and less background noise. Useful for calls or online meetings in fairly noisy places. ENC stands for environmental noise canceling.

- 1× left: volume down

Can the earbuds handle rain?
Yes, your earbuds are splash-resistant. Always dry them before putting them back in the charging case. That goes for all earbuds.
Is there audio lag when gaming or watching videos?
No, game mode (also called low latency mode) gives you virtually no audio lag. Turn it on in the DunRock app or with the controls.
Is the manual in English?
Yes, the manual is in English and Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian. You can preview it above.
Do they work with the OneMelon app?
Yes, they work with the OneMelon app for iOS and Android. Unique at this price. Customize the controls, adjust the sound with an equalizer (for more bass, for example), set a sleep timer (such as 30 minutes), get updates for years and more.
