Yes, returns are free within 30 days of delivery via the returns portal. You'll get a full refund within 1 business day of us receiving your return.

Can I use them with the DunRock app?

Yes, they work with the DunRock app for iOS and Android. Unique at this price. Customize the controls, adjust the sound with the equalizer (for more bass, for example), set a sleep timer (such as 30 minutes), and get years of updates and more.

Can I use them with any device?

Yes, connect via Bluetooth to your phone (any brand), laptop, tablet or even your TV if it has Bluetooth.

Can I hear my own voice clearly on calls?

Yes, turn on transparency mode to hear your own voice clearly. It plays outside sounds, including your voice, through your earbuds. Switch it on with the controls or in the DunRock app. Handy for calls.

Is there audio lag during games or videos?

With game mode (low latency mode), there's virtually no audio lag. Turn it on in the DunRock app or with the earbud controls.

Can I use just one earbud?

Yes, mono mode lets you use one earbud, handy for calls. Put one in your ear and leave the other in the charging case. The earbud in the case disconnects automatically, while the one in your ear keeps working.

Can I connect them to my laptop?

Yes, they connect to any laptop with compatible Bluetooth. Handy for working from home and online meetings.

Can I adjust the volume with the earbud controls?

Yes, press the right earbud 1× to turn the volume up one step. Press the left earbud 1× to turn it down. Prefer different controls? Change them in the app.

Can the earbuds handle rain?

Yes, your earbuds are splashproof. Always dry them before putting them back in the charging case. That goes for all earbuds.

Is the manual in English?

Yes, the manual is in English and Dutch. You can preview it above.

How do the touch controls work?
