Frequently asked questions

Can I try the product and return it?

Yes, returns are free within 30 days of delivery via the returns portal. You'll get a full refund within 1 business day of us receiving your return.

Can I use them with any device?

Yes, connect via Bluetooth to your phone (any brand), laptop, tablet or even your TV if it has Bluetooth.

Can I connect them to my laptop?

Yes, they connect to any laptop with compatible Bluetooth. Handy for working from home and online meetings.

Do they have adaptive ANC?

Yes. These earbuds have adaptive ANC (active noise canceling). It adjusts to the noise around you over the past few seconds, filtering it out much more effectively than standard ANC.

What is multipoint?

Multipoint lets you connect to more than one device at once. Listen to music on your laptop, then automatically switch to your phone when a call comes in.

Can I use just one earbud?

Yes, mono mode lets you use either earbud on its own, handy for calls. Just put one in your ear and leave the other in the charging case. The earbud in the case stays disconnected while you use the other.

Can I hear my own voice clearly on calls?

Yes. Turn on transparency mode to hear your own voice clearly. It plays surrounding sounds, including your voice, through the earbuds. Switch it on using the earbud controls or the DunRock app. Ideal for calls.

Can I adjust the volume on the earbuds?

Yes. Tap the right earbud once to raise the volume one step, or the left once to lower it. Prefer different controls? Change them in the app.

How does the microphone's ENC filter help?

ENC (environmental noise canceling) in the microphones helps the person you're calling hear more of your voice and less background noise. Handy for calls or online meetings in fairly noisy places.

What's in the box?

Everything included:

2x earbuds
1x charging case
1x charging cable (USB-C)
1x earbud manual (NL, EN, DE, ES, FR, IT)

How do the touch controls work?

Use the DunRock app to customize how your earbuds respond to touch. You get full control, with more customization than any other earbuds in this price range.

Default controls:

Music:

1× right: volume up
1× left: volume down
2× right: play/pause
2× left: play/pause
3× right: next track (skip ahead in podcasts)
3× left: voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant)

ANC, transparency, off

Hold right for 2.5 sec.: switch between transparency mode > ANC > both off
Hold left for 2.5 sec.: game mode

Calls:

Hold either for 1.5 sec.: reject call
2× either: answer or end call

Can the earbuds handle rain?

Yes, your earbuds are splash-resistant. Always dry them before putting them back in the charging case. That goes for all earbuds.

Is there audio lag in games or videos?

With game mode (also called low latency mode), there's virtually no audio lag. Turn it on in the DunRock app or using the earbud controls.

Is the manual in English?

Yes, the manual is in English and Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian. You can preview it above.
