Download the QCY app for Android or iOS
Open the QCY app and accept the privacy statement
When you open the app, you first need to accept the privacy statement. Hmm, all right then. Let's accept it.
Complete the verification steps
This is where most people get stuck. Understandably so: it's not intuitive. But follow the steps below, and you'll soon have the QCY app working in English.
- Enter your email address:
- Once you've entered your email address, tap 'Verification Code'.
- The code has now been sent to your email, and you have one minute to verify it. That might feel a little stressful, but don't worry! If you run out of time on your first try, you can have the code sent again.
Tap 'Register'. If you haven't entered a password, you'll be asked to enter one. Only then can you tap 'Register'.
- Now add your QCY earbuds by tapping 'Add new device'.
The QCY app is now ready to use!
