When it comes to controls and navigation of operation for the QCY T6, it's a hit and miss experience. The QCY T6 comes equipped with touch panel controls which lets the user operate it by means of tapping the panel.

Apart from the usual play/pause control and skip/return functions, you can also activate the voice assistant on your phone. The only issue with the control we had was the difficulty of using the earbuds while in the middle of physical activity. Furthermore, it lacks volume control out of the box. Other than that, everything was smooth.
